Recently purchased pair of Dr. Martens through Shoes International. Slight delay as they were out of stock (didn't mention that to me until they had taken my money!).
However, when shoes arrived there was a hand written comp slip saying they hoped I was happy with my purchase. Thought that was a nice (unusual too!) touch. Good example of good customer service. Will definitely use them again next time because of it.
