Brilliant all round! Instant order confirmation, quick delivery and they kept in touch by email. Shoes were not quite the right fit for my Mum but returned them and I received an email saying they had been received, which doesn't happen with all companies.....and this was over the Christmas period! The refund was very quick too, so you couldn't wish for better service.
