The bag itself does not match up to expectations. Closing the flap is very difficult and it doesn't stay closed very long - the merest nudge and it opens. I'm very disappointed with it and would like to exchange it, even if I have to pay more money. I phoned Shoes International who told me to put it back in the wrapping and return it but I'd already recycled it so the assistant then said she'd send a returns label. That was several weeks ago and I'm still waiting.
