First the shoes I wanted were in demand and out of stock in most places. You found a pair in one of your stores and got them to me. I also saved about £30 on the shoe, your price was the best.
Finally when they arrived they contained a hand written note, saying 'we hope the shoes have reached you safely'. I share the note with the rest of my company as an example of good customer service. Thanks.
