Answered call promptly, they promised to call back once shoes had arrived in stock and the expected delivery date was earlier than expected. I ordered while out of country on holiday and they held them and despatched promptly on my return. All queries were answered competently, nothing was too much trouble, and they were very competitively priced. I would not hesitate to use them again, difficult these days to find companies as efficient as Shoes International.
