Due to demand, the producer of the sandal colour type I wanted was not available. I needed the sandals for going on holiday, and had ordered them with time to spare. As time was running out waiting for the Manufacturer to respond to Shoes International, I contacted Lisa, she pulled all of the stops out and found the sandals in a colour close to the one I wanted. I received them the next day, with a handwritten note wishing me a fine holiday, an apology, and assurance that if anything was not to my satisfaction, to contact her. Now that is what I call service! Thank you.
