I ordered some Romika ladies slippers but unfortunately when they arrived the centre seam was catching on one foot. The customer service representative I spoke with was very helpful and the free returns process worked seamlessly. I received an e-mail confirming my refund after a very short time. The communications from the company were very good throughout from placing my order initially to it being despatched and having to be returned. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.
