Using the website and ordering were easy. Shoes came quickly ,were well packaged and of excellent quality. Unfortunately my feet are so peculiar that even Ecco will not fit, and I had to return them. But the returns procedure was straightforward and though not free, was cheap enough. My only tiny complaint is the lack of communication from that point. I had to keep checking my bank to find out when the refund went in - even an email to say you had received the shoes would have been welcome.
