I ordered a pair of shoes from them which were out of stock but they rushed a pair over from Norway as it was for a birthday present. They arrived promptly on the birthday with plenty of checks from the shop that all was well. As it happened I didn't like the shoes and returned them free, which was part of their service. I was impressed enough to add them to my favourites and will use them again. Excellent service!
