Customer service surpasses any online shopping experience. All of my queries via email were answered promptly - it was like going into the store itself. My shoes were beautifully packaged so that the box was not damaged - and it traveled all the way to Australia. I absolutely love my shoes - fantastic experience all round, thank you.
