I was enormously impressed by the service. Without knowing it, I had been a victim of fraud, the Bank had withdrawn my card, and the payment for my boots did not go through. I had some lovely supportive emails, and was told my boots were available, but had to re-order when I had my card renewed. I then couldn't find the right boots on the web-site, but had the link sent through by email, and received the boots only 2 days later! It was all very pleasant and helpful throughout - and the boots were just what I wanted when they came.
