My order was taken and I was told it would take around 3-5 days.After 6 days and no sign of it,I contacted you again to be told it was awaiting dispatch as it had been overlooked.I was told it would be sent that day for next day delivery.When it failed to appear,I made yet another phone call and it had been sent on 3-5day delivery and eventually arrived after Xmas. I had explained that it was urgent as I was post-op after a Knee Replacement and had no outdoor shoes as my former leg length discrepancy had been corrected and all my shoes had a raise and were unwearable. I feel the service was most unsatisfactory.
