I have had several pairs of Mephisto sandals from Shoes International & the service has been very good indeed. However, I returned the latest pair of sandals for a swap, as the colour was not what I was expecting. I found trying to match the picture of the sandal I wanted to the related name of the colour rather difficult! I have spoken to the very helpful team at SI & I’m sure this will be resolved soon.
I will definitely use Shoes International again.
