I had a few questions about my order and received a very quick response which answered my questions. I was also very impressed with the speed at which the shoes and other goods arrived here in Australia. The shoes themselves are very well made - hand stitching is hard to find in Australia these days. I guess my suggestion would be to be a bit more specific about the width or last of the shoes. It's hard to tell from the pictures and they were narrower than I thought they'd be.
Nonetheless, overall I'm very happy and I'll be back.
