I ordered some Waldlaufer summer lace-ups in February but was disappointed to hear that they weren't in stock and were still being made at the factory. I decided to wait, but they didn't come into stock until the beginning of April. In the end I bought a similar pair elsewhere. Communication has mostly been good but I did miss the email saying they were in stock as the header still said 'awaiting' and I didn't scroll down to see 'customer response'. This experience has been disappointing, but I would shop here again.
