Outstanding personal service. Really, really helpful. I love shoes and I love this company. I have been buying from them for a fews years now and I have never found fault of any kind. I have very small feet and they are the only retailer I have found that seem prepared to go out of their way, not only to get me what I want which can often take months because of the size, but also to accept the return without question if I don't like it when it arrives.
