I was really pleased with the response and feedback when I ordered my boots. They did not have the actual ones that I had ordered, but kindly sent the next best thing. I returned them as the size was not right (my fault), and they in turn immediatly sent me the correct size, with a really nice note.
Will use them again in the near future as they seemed to be a good company with really lovely staff.
