Very impressed. Ordered shoes that arrived promptly, well wrapped with a hand written note inside. Unfortunately the shoes were too small so had to return. Again no problem and a speedy refund. Ordered more shoes however received an email saying they were not in stock. Still have the order in place and although I still have not got the shoes, the company has not taken the money out of my account. Very pleased all round and would happily recommend .
