ordered a pair of boots from shoesinternational last week,i waited a couple of days for confirmation of delivery which didn't arrive,i got in touch with the company and unfortunately for some reason as i had placed my order via my phone it hadn't gone through correctly,Lynne replied to my email promptly and told me if i resent my order she would make sure that the correct boot size etc would be put to one side for me which i was grateful for as it turned out to be the last pair in stock,this company was very helpful and even with the ordering hiccup i received the order in just over a week and wouldn't hesitate to use this company to use shoesinternational again.
