Excellent customer service. There was a small fault which I explained over the phone and in an e mail. I asked for the same boot in the same size . However, they were the last pair. I loved them and said I would keep them anyway. However. the firm turned my slight disappointment in the fault to real good customer service by giving me a discount on the boots as they were not perfect. I'll definitely shop again with this company.
