i have used shoes international several times and always been so impressed with the service. once through no fault of yours my order was delayed. i received a further discount on my order thanks to you on something that was already cheaper than going direct to the manufacturer. with my last order, i inadvertently ordered 2 pairs of the same boots due to a computer glitch. not only was my refund processed immediately but i also received the full cost of the postage of the second pair. i have to say a huge thanks once again but in particular to 'adele' in the returns dept whose emails made me laugh and kept me amused for days. it is a rare pleasure to deal with a company who obviously cares about what it does and the people who use it.
