The people at Shoes International were very helpful in filling a difficult order for me. The manufacturer of the shoes I wanted had them on "back-order" Shoes International offered me the opportunity to cancel my order, or to wait. I opted to wait. Shoes International kept me posted on the status of my order with regular emails, and did not charge my credit card until the shoes were shipped.
