I was delighted with the service I received. An insole was missing from one shoe, but otherwise I wanted to buy the shoes. One phone call and I received a replacement pair of insoles and an apology. The representative of the company to whom I spoke had an outstanding telephone manner.
Also their range was much the best for the Waldlaufer shoe range that I was looking for.
