I was a bit unhappy when I got a reply from you that my order was out of stock but will be able to supply my shoes in 8 to 10 weeks. Your store should review the model being offered for sale and withdraw any model that is out of stock.
I was about to cancel the order but luckily I did not.
I went with the long delivery time but Four weeks later I got my shoes in good order and a hand written note from one of your employees , stating that she hopes that the shoes in the box is what I ordered and expected. Very impressive.
