I needed a smaller size doc marten Mary Jane shoe. The refund was swift and I agreed to wait for the shoes which were then unavailable. Value for money was excellent and the quality of the shoes as expected..the only negative point was the ankle strap was too short and I needed to make an eyehole to secure the buckle ..
