I recently purchased a pair of Hotter sandals from Shoes International .After wearing them in the house I was very unhappy with the fitness and comfort .I contacted Shoes International and was advised that as I was within the 30 day return period I could return them for a return or exchange which I duly did.
On previous occasions I have been extremely happy with the service this company supplies.
