I ordered a pair of Dr Martens shoes in size 5. They arrived quickly, but unfortunately they were too big, so I returned them and requested a size 4. Again they arrived quickly, but were too small. As there were no half sizes available, I returned them and requested a refund, which was promptly given.
I can thoroughly recommend Shoes International - they are a pleasure to deal with, and their end to end process is excellent.
