I telephoned on a few occasions for advice on the shoes' fitting and availability. Both David and Justine were very helpful and very knowledgeable. I placed my first order online, choosing two pairs for sizing, and received emails at each stage of the process (the shoes had to come from the manufacturer in France). I kept one pair and returned the ones which did not fit - the refund was in my account very quickly. I placed a second order and it was yet another very easy, trouble-free, successful shopping experience - and two super pairs of new shoes! Will certainly use this Company again. Full marks.
