Ordered boots but were not in stock. Got a polite email explanining that boots had to be ordered from manufacturer. I was constantly updated about the standing of my order and the goods were delivered only a week later of the original delivery date. I highly recommend this shop not only for their low prices but also for their professional and courteous service.
