I have used Shoes International several times and always had very good service from them. The web site is easy to negotiate, and one can always make enquiries by phone (not usually the case with most online shopping sites!) They are clear with messages and very prompt at giving refunds (I've only had to do this twice when the size wasn't correct). Yes, I give a 5 star rating. Hazel Tweedie
