The order took over a week to arrive as the shoes weren't actually in stock, though that wasn't the impression when ordering. The shoes were really nice but unfortunately I had to send them back as they were too small. It would have been helpful if I'd know they were small fitting for the sizes.
Returning was a pain as my printer was broken and you needed to print the returns label so I had to go to the library to print out a label. Would be easier if you could just write out your own like you do for Boden and others.
All in all not a great experience.
