The boots were excellent and great value in the sale too. There was a delay in delivery at their end due to an oversight (which impressively they admitted to) but then all the stops were pulled out for me to receive them asap. Most impressive and friendly customer service. Also, unlike other shoe retailers on line I could mention the boots came with an inspection slip which meant that I didn't get a pair where one was a different colour to the other due to fading. I would highly recommend buying from them.
