My order was processed very quickly despite the holiday period and arrived very promptly. I can't fault the service. Unfortunately I had to return the two pairs of boots purchased as the Shoon fit is very narrow :( Such a shame for such lovely footwear - I was very reluctant to return them as their styling was exceptional.
