I recently ordered some boots in your sale. They were lovely. However despite a full side zip I could not get my foot in at all. This is more my fault than yours because the main reason is I have very high insteps and your boots arent the only make which gives me a problem. I like the designs of your boots and will keep on trying because who knows I may strike lucky one day. On the whole your shoes are ok.
