I bought some boots online which I was disappointed with. I think they were a bit of a "second" as the leather was very creased and they were way to narrow, in the calf even for a skinny person! I was initially quite annoyed but I took them back to the shop in Salisbury and they couldn't have been more helpful and polite. They refunded me in full for the boots and the delivery without question and were very apologetic. Whilst I was there I found another very nice pair of boots which I purchased and so I left a happy customer. Well done Shoon, a good example of how customer service should be done.
