Last order - they found the shoes were not in stock after Id placed order - did give me a voucher by way of apology but when I used that they sent shoes 2 sizes smaller than it said on invoice. T he shoes were returned promptly at the beginning of last week - they tell me they are due to deal with returns tomorrow!
They seem to be all over the place - BUT used not to be!!
