I recently bought a pair of boots from Shoon - I saw them on sale in one of the shops but the size I needed was not available. A helpful assistant phoned at least two other stores to see if she could obtain a pair for me but without success. However, I was able to order the correct size online and the boots arrived within a couple of days, I am very pleased with them.
