Excellent customer service. My Romika boots were delivered quickly but unfortunately on first wearing I noticed the heel box cut into my ankle and then the plastic tag on the zip broke off. I called Shoon customer services who were very helpful and sent me a returns label. After inspection by Shoon I received a full refund. Their returns policy and this sort of customer service makes it a company it is a pleasure to use when buying online and I will happily return to buy from them.
