Great range of brands of quality shoes, ordering process was straightforward and order, on standard delivery, came within a reasonable time and was well packed. I was kept informed of my order's progress. Five stars if Shoon had given me free delivery as when spending £150, I would expect that. Many other companies give free delivery for spending less. I know returns are free but if you are happy with the product and keep it, that is not a bonus.
