Ordered two pairs of shoes for my wife. They arrived but one pair was shop soiled and dirty. It had a number of price labels stuck on top of each other and had clearly been on display for some time. Contacted Shoon to complain and they sent a free post label but still had the time wasting visit to the Post Office to send it back
Not really good enough and not the first time they have done this.
