Hi, when placing my order I ordered size 45 when they arrived the shoes were size 41. I sent the shoes back for you to rectify your mistake and have heard nothing since. If that’s running a business well then good luck to you. Still awaiting a reply.
So now you send me a refund. What I wanted was a pair of shoes. Must be too difficult for work out that if someone orders size 45 and pays for them that’s what they want.
