I received 3 emails telling me my shoes were on the way,they were being delivered in 3 separate parcels,each had their own order number.I received 2 of the packages but the third one has not arrived.I rang Shoon on Monday 10th December to say one of the parcels had not arrived. The person I spoke to said she would look into it and get back to me, as yet Ihave not heard anything ,today is Thursday 13 th December . I thought I would have heard something by now ,so no very happy with the service .
