the waist band retains its shape & spring better than others i've tried, the fabric is cool, the seams are flat and the label is outside & small.
that said, like so many others, the 'pouch' seems to be a little too 'out front' and sized/shaped for a teen rather than a man. i'm not especially endowed, but i find that more often than not, shorts of this ilk squish my junk down the leg. tho less so w/ t-bo is why i've bought more than others of late.
