Love the products! Best and most comfortable I have had! Replacing all my old underwear with TBO! Never had a problem ordering until lately! I wanted to take advantage of the sale but when I went to check out the website would not let me go to the next step to place my order. I had articles placed in my basket but when I went to advance to the next step it told me that my cart was empty! I tried again the next day with items in my cart but I could not advance when I pressed the continue button. So I gave up after several try’s. Since there is no contact telephone number I was not able to contact the order department for immediate assistance. Now that the sale is over, I suspect everything will work. Suggest that you have a customer service number that can be used for any inquiries or problems that need solved!
