The products are great! I really like the fabric and styles. The customer service is horrible. I ordered a $100.00 order and received a confirmation but it has never shipped. I have send over 20 emails asking for a status update and received no response. I sent a request for a status update on their facebook page and they said someone has contacted me but that was a lie. I have not heard back from the company on this specific order. I have ordered since and received the product in a timely manner. The products are great, the service is the worst. I would rate the products 5 stars and the customer service ZERO stars.
