I purchased a three-pack of men's trunks. They arrived in a very timely fashion one day prior to the expected delivery date. The fit is perfect! I have a 36-inch waist and got the men's large size. I was worried they would be tight but they fit very comfortably without any sense of tightness. The pouch size is quite comfortable and "flattering". I have no doubt I will be ordering more as my other older underwear wears out.
