I was very pleased with my most recent order. The quality of the product was never in question for me. Very high quality, very washable (without stretching out).
The issue that I previously had was with the product being out of stock and not receiving communication from TBo customer service as to why I had not received my order.
This recent order was handled with clockwork precision! Ideally, all future orders will be handled the same.
