Called for an engineer to fix a problem with our washing machine. The lady on the phone gave me an appointment for a few days later and ran through the potential costs. The engineer turned up within the two hour slot promised and set straight to work. The problem was just a blockage which he quickly found and cleared to get the machine back up and running. No messing about and no hint of trying to sell unnecessary replacement parts. My experience was of an efficient and honest service from initial call through to completion of the repair. Would certainly use this company again should the need arise.
