Advised on a repair to my ageing dishwasher. The repair costs were fully explained and understood by myself. I asked about a possible replacement, and was advised on a like for like appliance that suited our needs, we were also offered different variations and brands at different costs. Fully fitted in less than a week with the old appliance taken away. Very good service, support your local trades. Good communication from the office manager when booking in repairs and fitting.
