I telephoned the office on Monday 6th December because my washing machine door had come off its hinges after I had fallen against it. The engineer phoned to try and get a replacement door but Bosch had none as it is not a new machine ,but he contacted another supplier who had one. The new door was delivered and fixed by Friday lunchtime.Brilliant
